Ivan Mirkovic is the Founder and Director of Player Development at Next Level Soccer. Born and raised in Serbia, Ivan developed a passion for soccer at a young age and continued his playing and coaching journey in the United States. He currently serves as a coach with the San Jose Earthquakes academy, where he works with elite youth players in one of the country's top professional development environments.
Over the years, Ivan has dedicated his career to developing youth players of all ages and skill levels, helping athletes progress to competitive clubs, college programs, and higher levels of the game. He founded Next Level Soccer with the vision of making high-quality training accessible to every player, regardless of financial circumstances. His coaching philosophy emphasizes technical excellence, game intelligence, character development, and creating a positive environment where every player can reach their full potential both on and off the field.
